Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist

Welcome! I’m Vogue and I’m so glad you’re here.

My foremost goal as a therapist is to create a safe space where my clients can exist as their most authentic selves. I am passionate about welcoming and celebrating humans in all forms. I practice with radical acceptance, unconditional positive regard and deep compassion for my clients. My intention is to consistently apply a trauma-informed, culturally responsive and anti-oppressive lens to all of my work. My approach is warm and non-judgemental, with a healthy dose of honesty and humour.

Since 2015, I have had the privilege of supporting children, youth, and their families in the education sector, community mental health agencies and the justice system. I bring expertise and interest in working with attachment wounds, relational trauma, mood and emotional regulation, self-harm, executive functioning concerns, social difficulties and parenting questions.

Some areas I enjoy focusing on are self-compassion, self-worth and confidence building, queer identity exploration and navigating life as a neurodivergent human. That being said, I believe each and every client is wholly unique, and will work with you to co-create your therapeutic plan according to your needs.

I am a Registered Social Worker (OCSWSSW) with a Masters Degree in Social Work from King’s University College. If you would like to know more about my experience and training please see my LinkedIn profile for more information. I look forward to working with you.
