(she/her) MSW, RSW

Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist

Hello, and welcome! I’m thankful you’re taking this brave step in seeking support. Here’s a little about me so you can decide if I’d be a good fit for you.

My experience in supporting others has largely been with youth and young adults, 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, harm reduction, neurodivergence, and individuals seeking to build upon their internal awareness and communication skills. In our sessions, I strive to create a space that acknowledges the systems affecting your daily life, values your inherent wisdom, and invites courage to share your story. My approach is holistic, relationship-centred, and trauma-informed.

I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative, and Somatic theories—methods that focus on understanding all parts of yourself and addressing every aspect of life, including spirit, body, and mind. These approaches help us explore your experiences in a way that fosters healing and growth through a focus on your story, parts, and values. I thrive in conversations that take us beyond the surface and dive a little deeper through our internal world.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, playing board games, spending time in nature, and picking up new hobbies—currently, I’m training for a triathlon and learning new baking skills! I believe creativity is a powerful tool for self-exploration, and I encourage you to bring your interests into our sessions.

As a lifelong learner, I am continually inspired by the chance to walk alongside others and be trusted with their stories. I offer virtual sessions across Ontario and in-person sessions in our London and Toronto offices. It would be an honour to support you in reaching your goals and building a life that aligns with your values. If you feel we might be a good match, please reach out for a free consultation. Let’s begin this journey together.

Blueprint Counselling is located in London and Toronto, Ontario where we live, work and grow on the traditional territory of many sovereign Indigenous Nations. London is the traditional home of the Haudenosaunee, Lūnapèewak, Attawandaron and Anishinaabek. Toronto, whose name is taken from the Mohawk word “Tkaranto,” is the traditional home of the the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinaabek, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat. We recognize that these lands are now home to many diverse Indigenous Peoples and acknowledge the historical and ongoing oppression and marginalization of First nations, Inuit and Métis people. We also acknowledge the historic and ongoing harms to Indigenous families and communities caused by social workers and mental health professionals and commit to ongoing work to decolonize our practice.
