(she/her) CFT, RP

Registered Psychotherapist

A very warm hello to you. Taking the initial step towards therapy can be a mix of empowerment and apprehension. You are not alone on this journey; I am here to accompany you. Together, we will explore your inner world, navigate life's complexities, and nurture resilience through a range of effective tools.

I hold a master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy from McGill University, QC, a master’s degree in counselling psychology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from India. This educational journey was just the beginning of my goal to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals, couples, and families.

My professional and personal experiences have taken me on a remarkable path, working across the globe and have enriched my understanding of the human psyche and the intricate threads that weave our stories together. This journey also instilled in me a holistic perspective, merging the wisdom of both Eastern and Western philosophies.

I specialize in family and couple dynamics, individual concerns, complex trauma, life transitions, grief, anxiety, and depression to name a few. Your uniqueness guides our work, and I tailor my approach according to your goals and needs. With extensive training in evidence-based models such as CBT, ACT, psychodynamic, and mindfulness, I offer an integrative, humanistic and experiential approach to therapy with heart-centred mindfulness at the core of the practice. The backbone of my work is always trauma-informed care with a strengths-based approach, ensuring cultural sensitivity. I am currently training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) and have completed an externship at the Toronto Centre for Emotionally Focused Therapy.

For a secure, empathetic, and inviting space to begin your healing and self-discovery, I invite you to connect with me. You can also find more information about me via my LinkedIn profile.

I look forward to the privilege of supporting you.

“There’s magic in being seen by people who understand – it gives you permission to keep going. Self-expression sometimes requires other people. Becoming ourselves is a collective journey.”

Blueprint Counselling is located in London and Toronto, Ontario where we live, work and grow on the traditional territory of many sovereign Indigenous Nations. London is the traditional home of the Haudenosaunee, Lūnapèewak, Attawandaron and Anishinaabek. Toronto, whose name is taken from the Mohawk word “Tkaranto,” is the traditional home of the the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinaabek, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat. We recognize that these lands are now home to many diverse Indigenous Peoples and acknowledge the historical and ongoing oppression and marginalization of First nations, Inuit and Métis people. We also acknowledge the historic and ongoing harms to Indigenous families and communities caused by social workers and mental health professionals and commit to ongoing work to decolonize our practice.
