Therapeutic and Educational Groups
Fostering learning and healing in community.
We are wired for connection, we heal in community. All of our groups are facilitated by our team of psychotherapists, social workers and clinical counsellors who work to create a shared space where you can feel witnessed, supported and heard by a community of people with shared experiences, hopes, concerns and struggles.
Euphoria: Support for trans and non-binary youth.
Euphoria is a 10 week program for trans and non-binary youth (ages 14-18). We offer participants the opportunity to experience the difference a supportive community can make. Along the way we foster opportunities to learn new skills for emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness and create opportunities to share stories of loss, grief and isolation in a safe space. Our next group will be launching Spring 2026, register your interest below to be informed as soon as we open up registration.
This group has subsidized spaces available if cost is a barrier to you. Victor will ask about financial need during the intake process.
Facilitators: Victor Feunekes and Olivia Gamble
Super Siblings: A Fun, Supportive Space for Growing Families
Welcoming a new baby into the family is exciting, but it can also bring big feelings for your older child. As they adjust to sharing space, attention, and routines, kids often need extra support to feel confident, included, and connected. We’re here to help make that transition smoother for everyone.
Super Siblings is a fun, creative, four-week group for kids ages 4–8 designed to help them prepare for the arrival of a new brother or sister. Through music, play, and imagination, children will learn what to expect, explore their emotions, and discover the unique strengths they bring to their growing family.
Kids will be supported in:
Understanding what newborns need
Learning ways to help and use their “super sibling” powers
Naming and navigating hard feelings
Celebrating their evolving family story
This group is inclusive of all family structures, and caregivers can feel confident knowing their child is learning in a warm, supportive environment that honours every family’s experience.
Cost: $200 for the four-week series
