Sometimes life just feels… weird. Heavy. Confusing. You might be doing all the things you’re “supposed” to be doing, but you still feel lost, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you even are underneath it all. Maybe you keep asking yourself questions like: What am I doing with my life? Why does everything feel so hard? What is the point of it all?

A lot of people are carrying those questions right now.

We’re trying to exist in a world that constantly demands our attention, productivity, energy, and emotional capacity. Our phones never stop. The news never stops. Comparison never stops. And somehow we’re expected to keep functioning normally through all of it. It makes sense that so many of us feel anxious, exhausted, numb, unmotivated, or stuck.

You might feel guilty because there are things you want to do or habits you want to change, but you just can’t seem to get yourself to do it. Maybe part of you feels like you’re failing or that there is something wrong with you. I get it.

I care a lot about helping people make sense of their experiences both internally and externally, with more compassion and less shame. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can stop pretending for a second. A space where you can speak openly about the scary, confusing, and messy parts of being human without feeling judged or pathologized for it.

You don’t need to have the right words or a clear reason for coming to therapy. You can come in confused, uncertain, hopeless, curious, exhausted, or just feeling like something isn’t sitting right. We can figure it out together.

There’s magic in being seen by people who understand – it gives you permission to keep going. Self-expression sometimes requires other people. Becoming ourselves is a collective journey.
