Life’s not a straight line, and neither is our path along it. Whether it’s a major life transition, questioning your identity, or just trying to figure out how exist in the world as it is, I understand how hard it can be to put one foot in front of the other – never mind even just continuing to stand up.

Therapy is an opportunity to slow down and do just that. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves while building lives that feel intentional, authentic, and aligned with their values. In our work, I’d like to explore the stories you carry about yourself, the experiences that have shaped you, and the patterns that may no longer serve you. From there, we’ll identify what matters most to you and work to create meaningful, sustainable change.

I aim to create a space that is grounded, direct, and approachable: somewhere you can laugh, wrestle with difficult questions, and know that you’ll be met with honesty, curiosity, and compassion rather than judgement — think the older brother who would have covered for you sneaking out, but who you’d also know you could call if things went sideways.

I work with individuals and couples navigating identity, life transitions, anxiety, relationship challenges, attachment wounds, trust repair, masculinity, and both monogamous and polyamorous relationships. My approach is primarily informed by Narrative Therapy, Solution- Focused Brief Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I value both emotional insight and practical action, helping clients translate greater self-understanding into everyday choices that reflect the life they want to build.

As a queer and polyamorous therapist, I understand that identity, relationships, spirituality, and community can all play meaningful roles in how we experience ourselves and the world around us. Whether you’re arriving with clear goals or simply the feeling that something isn’t working anymore, my hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel safe enough to explore honestly, grow intentionally, and build a life that feels genuinely your own.
