(she/her) MA, RP (Qualifying)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Expressive Arts Therapist

Ages: 8+

Location: Toronto, Virtual

Fees: $165

My focus with all of my clients is to support them in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves. I help clients listen to their mind to explore the stories, fears, and beliefs they hold; to their body to become aware of how they experience emotions and carry stress; and to their soul to understand what they truly want from this life.

I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Whether a client comes to therapy feeling stuck, anxious, depressed, grieving, navigating trauma, moving through a life transition, struggling with relationships, or feeling overwhelmed about the climate and the future, I offer a supportive space where clients can feel seen, held, and understood. Through this work, clients can build confidence, develop tools, and feel resourced enough to initiate the changes they would like to see in their lives.

My approach blends talk therapies (IFS, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, CBT, and DBT) with creative and embodied therapies such as expressive arts, play, body-based awareness, and connection to nature. This integrative approach can offer new insights and deeper compassion for yourself and your experiences in ways that talk therapy alone sometimes cannot. It can be especially helpful for children and teens, neurodivergent individuals, those living with trauma, and for couples and families engaging in relational repair.

I am a queer, neurodivergent practitioner. I work from a trauma-informed, culturally humble, anti-oppressive, and decolonizing framework. Clients and colleagues often describe me as a passionate guide who brings openness and creative warmth to the therapy space.
