Hello and welcome!

If you have just decided or have been considering reaching out for therapy for a while, thank you for looking into counselling with me and Blueprint.

A few things about therapy with me: I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) offering in-person counselling sessions at the Blueprint North office in London, Ontario, and virtually across Ontario. In addition to psychotherapy, I offer practical ADHD coaching sessions tailored to help clients build personalized strategies for daily life.

I value a therapeutic relationship where we can meet each other wherever we are in the process, and I prioritize a compassionate space where we can collaborate and grow together. Alongside ADHD support, I frequently work with individuals and families navigating depression, anxiety, academic challenges, sexual orientation, youth and adolescent concerns, and veteran’s mental health.

Outside of work, I enjoy bicycling (mountain and commuting), reading second-hand books, and watching sports.

I would be happy to meet with you for a free intake appointment, if you feel like this might be the right fit for your needs!
