Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist

Ages: 19+

Location: London, Virtual

Fees: $175

Hello! I’m a Registered Social Worker with over 15 years of clinical experience supporting adults (19+) and couples in primary care and community mental health settings. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, loss, chronic illness, and relationship challenges, including cross-cultural dynamics.

I have a special interest in couples therapy and am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Developmental Model of Couple Therapy, the Four-Session Assessment Model, Consensual Non-Monogamy (Level I), and CBT (Levels I & II). I integrate DBT-informed practices and am a trained Mindful Self-Compassion practitioner. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, relational, anti-racist, and anti-oppressive.

I support couples experiencing communication breakdowns, intimacy concerns, blended and stepfamily dynamics, multicultural or interracial stressors, and those exploring or practicing consensual non-monogamy (CNM). I also provide affirming therapy for members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, creating a space grounded in dignity, safety, and relational justice.

I believe healing happens within safe, compassionate relationships. I bring warmth, curiosity, and thoughtful presence into my work, helping clients deepen emotional awareness, strengthen connection, and move toward meaningful change.

I am committed to ongoing growth and regularly engages in professional development, peer supervision, and collaborative networks within diverse communities to ensure my practice remains ethical, inclusive, and culturally responsive.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with her family and my beloved cat, Atticus. I love hiking and soaking in nature, attending theatre, listening to music, watching Netflix or Prime, learning new recipes, preparing meals, and sharing connection over good food and heartfelt conversation with friends.
