RN (EC), MScN, MHA (she/her)

Nurse Practitioner

Hello and welcome! I am a Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of diverse experience in healthcare, including in primary, acute, community, and palliative care settings. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing with a Primary Healthcare Nurse Practitioner Diploma, as well as a Master’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Ottawa.

At the heart of my practice is a dedication to creating safe and supportive environments that foster healing and personal growth, where each person’s unique needs and experiences are genuinely respected. I focus on collaborating closely with individuals to support and empower their journey toward overall well-being.

In recent years, I have worked closely with marginalized and vulnerable communities, including those experiencing trauma and homelessness. This experience has deepened my understanding of people’s unique needs and emphasized the importance of harm reduction and meeting individuals where they are.

I am deeply committed to mental health and holistic care, addressing both the underlying causes and symptoms of complex conditions to provide comprehensive support. I am excited to contribute to a team dedicated to enhancing wellness and enriching lives in a meaningful and impactful way.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”

Blueprint Counselling is located in London and Toronto, Ontario where we live, work and grow on the traditional territory of many sovereign Indigenous Nations. London is the traditional home of the Haudenosaunee, Lūnapèewak, Attawandaron and Anishinaabek. Toronto, whose name is taken from the Mohawk word “Tkaranto,” is the traditional home of the the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinaabek, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat. We recognize that these lands are now home to many diverse Indigenous Peoples and acknowledge the historical and ongoing oppression and marginalization of First nations, Inuit and Métis people. We also acknowledge the historic and ongoing harms to Indigenous families and communities caused by social workers and mental health professionals and commit to ongoing work to decolonize our practice.
