Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist

I know it's hard to ask for help and I'm so glad you're here. I offer a warm, calm, nonjudgemental space to explore whatever concerns are on your mind. Healing starts where you're at and I look forward to meeting you there.

I've been working as a psychotherapist since 2011 and have worked in hospitals, schools, community counselling agencies and the criminal justice system. I've had experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent (ADHD and autistic) people, newcomers to Canada, trauma survivors and people with mental health and substance use concerns. I am constantly inspired by the creativity and resilience of the people I have the privilege of working with. If you're curious and would like to know more about my training and experience check out my Linkedin profile for more information.

I’m also an experienced clinical supervisor and offer supervision to registered social workers, psychotherapists and other mental health professionals. If you’re interested in exploring this form of support, have a look at my clinical supervision page for more information.

Unfortunately I'm not able to take on new clients at this time. However, we have a number of compassionate and talented counsellors on our team that are currently accepting new clients. You can email our intake team at info@bpcounselling.com to be matched with a counsellor who is currently available.
