(they/he) MSW RSW

Registered Social Worker

on parental leave until Sept. 25, 2025

I'm happy you’re here. I understand that reaching out to a therapist can be daunting, especially if you have had trouble with other services in the past. If you have a desire to find more clarity, comfort, confidence in your life, or if you’d like to reconnect with your creative and playful self, we may be a great fit. I value including compassion and consent in every part of therapy in hopes we can build a solid therapy relationship that will help us to dive deeper into your goals. I also have many years of experience supporting LGBQ, Trans, and Nonbinary communities.

I use a mix of approaches in sessions including Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, emotion focused, and existential therapy with awareness of how living in the world we do impacts us individually. I also am able to support clients through any sort of gender exploration. I also value adding a healthy dose of humour. We can have some fun in therapy too…

If my approach interests you, please reach out. I’d love to meet you. If we meet and it turns out we aren’t a great fit, I’m happy to support you in finding someone who might suit your needs better. I know therapist shopping can feel overwhelming and my priority is getting you the best support possible.

“Even a happy life cannot be without a measure of darkness, and the word happy would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness.”
— Carl G. Jung

Blueprint Counselling is located in London and Toronto, Ontario where we live, work and grow on the traditional territory of many sovereign Indigenous Nations. London is the traditional home of the Haudenosaunee, Lūnapèewak, Attawandaron and Anishinaabek. Toronto, whose name is taken from the Mohawk word “Tkaranto,” is the traditional home of the the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinaabek, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat. We recognize that these lands are now home to many diverse Indigenous Peoples and acknowledge the historical and ongoing oppression and marginalization of First nations, Inuit and Métis people. We also acknowledge the historic and ongoing harms to Indigenous families and communities caused by social workers and mental health professionals and commit to ongoing work to decolonize our practice.
