Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist

Being human is messy, but you don’t have to go it alone. Reaching out is a big step and I hope you give yourself credit for showing up to care for yourself in this way.

Maybe your days feel overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, you feel stuck in trauma responses, or you’re struggling to navigate grief or a major life transition. Perhaps you’re exhausted and just don’t feel like yourself. Whatever brings you to counselling, I am here to hold space for your pain and help you reach for hope. Positive shifts are possible.

I partner closely with my clients to foster a warm and non-judgmental environment – this is your space and all of you is welcome here. You’ll be supported in bringing compassionate curiosity to your experiences and (re)connecting with your sense of self and safety so you can move through the world in ways that feel more authentic and grounded.

As a therapist, I primarily work from an Internal Family Systems framework (“parts work”) with the flexibility of an eclectic style to match your unique preferences and needs. Other approaches I often draw on include somatic and nervous system-focused work, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindful self-compassion, and DBT skills. We’ll work together to find what feels right for you.

I look forward to meeting you and walking with you toward the kind of life you want to be living.
