(she/her) MA, RP (Qualifying)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Expressive Arts Therapist

You may be coming to therapy because words alone don’t feel like enough.

Whether you’re feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety or depression, carrying grief, navigating trauma, moving through a life transition, struggling with interpersonal conflicts, or feeling overwhelmed about the climate and the future, I offer a supportive space to explore and heal.

I work with children, youth, adults, couples, and families. My approach blends talk therapy with creative and embodied practices such as expressive arts, play, body-based awareness, and nature connection. Alongside these, I also integrate approaches like ACT, DBT, and mindfulness. Together, these methods allow us to find what feels most supportive for you, creating a holistic and inclusive path toward well-being.

Creative expression can open doors that words alone sometimes cannot. Therapy that includes imagination, play, and different modes of expression can offer new insights, fresh perspectives, and deeper compassion for yourself and your experiences. This approach can be especially helpful for children and youth, neurodivergent individuals, those living with trauma, as well as couples and families. This kind of therapy offers alternative ways to build connection, improve communication, and strengthen resilience between yourself and your loved ones.

I am also deeply passionate about the natural world and how it can support healing. As a Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide and founder of the Forest Bathing Club, I bring practices that help people experience the natural world as a grounding and restorative companion.

As a queer, neurodivergent practitioner, I work from a trauma-informed, culturally humble, anti-oppression, and decolonizing framework. Clients and colleagues often describe me as grounded, compassionate, and creative, someone who brings warmth and openness to the therapy space.

Blueprint Counselling is located in London and Toronto, Ontario where we live, work and grow on the traditional territory of many sovereign Indigenous Nations. London is the traditional home of the Haudenosaunee, Lūnapèewak, Attawandaron and Anishinaabek. Toronto, whose name is taken from the Mohawk word “Tkaranto,” is the traditional home of the the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinaabek, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat. We recognize that these lands are now home to many diverse Indigenous Peoples and acknowledge the historical and ongoing oppression and marginalization of First nations, Inuit and Métis people. We also acknowledge the historic and ongoing harms to Indigenous families and communities caused by social workers and mental health professionals and commit to ongoing work to decolonize our practice.
