Life can often feel overwhelming, and when you’re facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, or difficult relationships, it’s natural to feel lost or stuck. I’m here to offer a compassionate and understanding space for you to work through these challenges and find a path toward healing. With a deep commitment to supporting individuals through life’s toughest moments, I work alongside my clients to foster stronger connections with themselves and others, guiding them toward a place of balance and growth.

Each person’s journey is unique, and I believe therapy should reflect that. As a therapist, I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment Theory, and Brainspotting and Narrative therapy. My approach focuses on understanding you as an individual and working collaboratively to address your specific needs. Whether you’re coping with emotional distress, healing from trauma, managing difficult relationships, or struggling with self-esteem, I’m here to help you explore the root causes of these challenges and develop lasting strategies for change. Together, we’ll work on building coping skills, improving self-awareness, and creating change that will empower you to move forward in your life with confidence.

Blueprint Counselling is located in London and Toronto, Ontario where we live, work and grow on the traditional territory of many sovereign Indigenous Nations. London is the traditional home of the Haudenosaunee, Lūnapèewak, Attawandaron and Anishinaabek. Toronto, whose name is taken from the Mohawk word “Tkaranto,” is the traditional home of the the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinaabek, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat. We recognize that these lands are now home to many diverse Indigenous Peoples and acknowledge the historical and ongoing oppression and marginalization of First nations, Inuit and Métis people. We also acknowledge the historic and ongoing harms to Indigenous families and communities caused by social workers and mental health professionals and commit to ongoing work to decolonize our practice.
