Registered Psychotherapist

I’m glad you’re here, because reaching out is an important part of wellness and healing. I’m here with wholehearted support for your change journey whether you’re going through a life transition, hoping to tackle longtime struggles, or want to learn more about who you are.

Working with me is a collaborative experiment wrapped in calm, compassionate care. I’ll meet you where you are and respect the vision you have or need space to create, helping you discover and enhance the inner strengths and resources you already hold. I believe each of us has a rich inner system of parts holding our values and pain, our struggles and strengths - and that each part has a valuable role to play in helping shape our experience. My work celebrates connecting to and learning to work with our parts in ways that help us soothe anxiety, create healthy boundaries, and create the space and confidence to show up authentically in our lives.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist available for individual or relationship counselling for adults (18+). I am grateful to receive ongoing supervision from a decolonizing and anti-oppressive lens, and recognize how systems that are not designed to honour our humanity impact our mental health and wellbeing. Fostering joy, peace, rest, presence, and mindfulness are some of the ways we internally resist these systems. I identify as a queer woman and welcome folks across the LGBTQ+ spectrum, of all gender expressions/identities, sexual orientations, and relationship styles (monogamous, consensually non-monogamous, polyamorous, etc.).

Special areas of interest include navigating relationship orientations/structures, exploring gender/sexual identity, transitioning to adulthood, and questions around parenting. I have significant experience in working with young adults coping with post-secondary life. I am primarily informed in my work by internal family systems therapy (IFS), existential therapy, and compassion-focused therapy. If a good fit for you, other approaches I incorporate might include emotion-focused, narrative, values-based, and acceptance and commitment (ACT) therapies.

I look forward to meeting with you and learning more about your needs and hopes.

Blueprint Counselling is located in London and Toronto, Ontario where we live, work and grow on the traditional territory of many sovereign Indigenous Nations. London is the traditional home of the Haudenosaunee, Lūnapèewak, Attawandaron and Anishinaabek. Toronto, whose name is taken from the Mohawk word “Tkaranto,” is the traditional home of the the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinaabek, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat. We recognize that these lands are now home to many diverse Indigenous Peoples and acknowledge the historical and ongoing oppression and marginalization of First nations, Inuit and Métis people. We also acknowledge the historic and ongoing harms to Indigenous families and communities caused by social workers and mental health professionals and commit to ongoing work to decolonize our practice.
