We’re currently recruiting a relationship therapist (couples and families) for our Toronto, ON office.
Position Highlights:
Hybrid role for a qualified RSW, OT, RN or RP.

Competitive compensation ranging from 102-124$ per billable hour.

Who we're looking for:
Post-graduate training and certification in one or more of the following experiential models of relationship and family therapy: IFIO, EFT, EFCT, Developmental Model of Couple Therapy, PACT, RLT, Circle of Security, IMAGO and/or Systemic Family Therapy.

Passionate about work with couples and families.
Willingness to build up to at least 10 hours of service per week (full time opportunities are available).
Passionate about systemic change and committed to anti-oppressive practice.
Committed to lifelong learning and professional growth as part of a team.
Interest in engaging in professional collaboration and peer support as part of a community of practice.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Nursing or a related discipline.
Registration with a professional college in Ontario that permits engaging in the controlled act of psychotherapy (ie. Registered Social Worker, Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Nurse, Registered Occupational Therapist...etc.).
Other Assets:
Able to provide counselling in a second language.
Training and experience in clinical supervision.
Qualified and interested in providing clinical supervision to graduate students in social work and counselling psychology.
Expertise in the treatment of eating disorders, substance use disorders, self-harm, chronic suicidal ideation or another area that is complementary to the current scope of our team.
Skilled and interested in working with children (under 12) and providing parent support and coaching.
