Tree of Life Training - Registration

We’re so glad to have you join us. Please complete the following form to register for the retreat.

Please note that payment is required to secure your space in the training. We will send you an invoice once we have received your form. You will then have 3 business days to process your payment to secure your spot. Before proceeding please review our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

If we cancel 

  • your full fees will be refunded to you within 30 days of being notified of the cancellation. 

If you cancel:

  • more than 30 days prior to the training you will receive a full refund minus a 50$ administrative fee (this fee may be waived if we can fill your spot).

  • 0-30 days prior to the training fees submitted are non-refundable but may be transferrable to another attendee.
