The retreat venue and our program is accessible to individuals who use mobility devices. Please be sure to request an accessible room when booking your hotel room.

We will be using a sound system and can arrange for an assistive audio device or sign language interpretation if needed. Please let us know when registering how we can best meet your needs.

The retreat program will not rely on visual or written teaching aids. Any written materials that are offered can be prepared in an alternate format. Please let us know if we can provide any additional support based on your visual needs.

As sensory needs are unique to each individual, please let us know how we can make the environment comfortable for you. Please feel free to take sensory breaks, move around and ask for environmental adaptations as we go.
