Legacy Retreat Registration Form

We’re so glad to have you join us. Please complete the following form to register for the retreat.

Please note that payment is required to secure your space in the retreat. We will send you an invoice once we have received your form and confirmed there is still space. You will then have 3 business days to process your payment and secure your spot. Before proceeding please review our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

If we cancel 

  • your full fees will be refunded to you within 30 days of being notified of the cancellation. 

If you cancel:

  • more than 90 days prior to the retreat you will receive a full refund minus a 750$ administration fee (which may be waived if we can find someone to take your spot). 

  • 14-89 days prior to the retreat fees submitted are non-refundable (but may be transferable, please reach out to us to discuss your options).

  • 0-14 days prior to the retreat fees submitted are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
