ADHD coaching is a complementary approach to ADHD that will help you develop specific strategies to harness your strengths and develop strategies for success in a world designed for different brains. Depending on your needs, coaching will focus on specific skills such as time management, goal setting, planning, organization and problem solving. I specialize in meeting the unique needs of late-diagnosed or self-discovered youth and adults with ADHD. I look forward to helping you identify strategies to succeed in school, your career and your relationships.
It's hard growing up in a world that doesn't understand or work for you. Many adults with ADHD also experience anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns. Combining ADHD coaching and psychotherapy can help you cultivate self-compassion, self acceptance, and personal growth as you heal from a lifetime of being misunderstood. People with ADHD are often made to believe they are lazy, crazy or stupid but I'm here to remind you of just how much you have to offer.
